Web1.1 DHSC’s Market Sustainability and Fair Cost of Care fund 2024 to 2024: guidance (updated 25 August 2024) (the “DHSC Guidance”) establishes the following criteria for care homes to be invited to participate in the exercise: Local authority contracted care homes for older people (age 65+) excluding local authority in-house care.
