WebJul 23, 2010 · I would think a more reasonable threshold for the Metrocard would be $5.50 (the cost of an express bus ride, which I believe is the most expensive ride you can buy with a Metrocard) or maybe $11 (two express bus rides). $20 seems kind of silly. WebI finally got through on the phone and after some security questions they gave me my account number and helped reset my PIN. Oddly, I'm able to log in using internet explorer but not chrome.
